Application of rosin glyceride in food

Food-grade rosin glyceride, which is made from rosin (derivatives hydrogenated rosin, polymerized rosin) and medicinal glycerol from pine trees through esterification. Edible rosin glycerides conforming to FDA172.615 and FDA172.735 and Chinese national standards GB10287-88 and GB2760-86 can be safely used in food. Application: Rosin glycerides have excellent emulsifying and tackifying properties as the basic agent of gum sugar, which endows gum sugar with foaming, thickening, chewing resistance and good taste. It is also widely used as a basic agent for gum sugar, as an emulsion stabilizer in beverages, as a simple depilator in poultry processing, as a tackifier in depilatory wax, and as a basic adhesive for edible hot melt adhesives.
